We draw on decades of experience from leading global institutions including Warburg Pincus, Clearlake Capital Group, The Carlyle Group, Microsoft, Google, McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

Von Lam has over 20 years of experience across global technology venture capital, private equity, special situations credit and corporate development. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Falcon Partners Limited (doing business as Increment Capital). He is also a Managing Member of Innomatrix LLC, a digital infrastructure real estate development company. Prior roles include Clearlake Capital Group, Warburg Pincus, UBS Asset Management, Acion Partners, Microsoft Corporate Development, and J.P. Morgan. He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of eCargo Holdings (ASX). A.B. Applied Mathematics & Economics, Harvard.

Yuming Zou has over 20 years of financial and executive leadership experience. He is currently Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Fangzhou Inc. (HKEX: 6086), where he oversees corporate finance, financial management, and investor relations. Prior to Fangzhou, he spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., serving as a trader and Executive Director. He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of eCargo Holdings Limited, a company previously listed on the ASX. Mr. Zou is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an A.M in Statistics and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard.

Patrick Aber is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tornado, an AI-powered financial research and analysis platform. He previously served as an Associate Portfolio Manager at The Carlyle Group following its acquisition of Vermillion Asset Management, and earlier held quantitative and investment roles at Tower Research Capital and Beecher Investors. He holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, and 63 licenses and an A.B. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard.

Steven Maksymyk is the Managing Partner of 229 Advisors, providing fractional executive and strategy consulting services. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Sonder Holdings, Rocky Mountaineer, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where he led operations, partnerships, and global strategy initiatives. His earlier career includes investment banking and capital markets roles at Scotia Capital and Bank of Nova Scotia. Mr. Maksymyk is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

Sheldon Trainor-DeGirolamo is the Founder and Managing Director of PacBridge Capital Partners and brings decades of experience in principal investment and investment banking. Before founding PacBridge in 2009, he spent two decades in high-level leadership roles, including with Credit Suisse Group AG Australia, Morgan Stanley Asia, as the Head of Investment Banking for Asia and as Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Asia. He has served on the boards of multiple public companies, including BitDeer Technologies Group, Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Macau Legend Development Company, and Athenex Inc. Mr. Trainor-DeGirolamo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Her prior experience includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and legal practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. His foundational experience includes co-founding MarketWatch, serving as President of CBS New Media, and leading media and telecommunications practices at McKinsey & Company and Mitchell Madison Group. He has sat on several public boards and is a director emeritus of the San Francisco Zoological Society. Mr. Reisfield holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MA in Communications Management from the Annenberg School of Communications at USC.
